What is state-to-state medical transport?
State-to-state medical transport moves a patient who can't safely travel by car or plane from one state to another in a medical vehicle, bed to bed, with a trained professional on board the entire trip. You'll also see it called interstate or long-distance medical transport; it's the same service.
It's built for the patient who falls between every other option: too fragile to sit up for a long drive, not cleared for a commercial flight, and nowhere near sick enough to need an air ambulance. Picture a hospital room that drives: a real bed on a memory-foam mattress, oxygen aboard, medications on schedule, and a seat and a bed for you, right beside them.

You make one phone call. Our care coordinator talks directly to the discharge planner: records, medication schedule, oxygen needs, the receiving address. You don't fill out a stack of forms. That's the point of us.

The transport team arrives at the hospital, not at the curb, at the room. They transfer your mother onto the bed in the van themselves; you don't lift anything. Your sister climbs in too, to a seat right beside her, with a bed to rest on when she's ready.
