Sandra did a great job, the drivers too. But missed their names

Safe trip for approx 800 miles straight through. Catered to my wants and needs throughout trip.

Timely, accommodating, efficient...took good care of my brother and me....both in our 80s...my only recommendation...staff should not talk down about another member to the client, talk directly to them and not in front of client. It was uncomfortable since I didn't have any back history.
