Sending my parents off for a 24 hour transport was scary but the team put my mind at ease. They continually updated me of their well being, and how far away they were. March 20, 2026From my first call with initial questions, to several follow up calls from me and both my siblings we had nothing but good vibes. The phone team was informative, patient and thorough. I received follow up calls as promised. My mom was a little nervous to be travelling over 15 hours but the team took great care of her. I have no regrets about choosing ACC Medlink to transport our precious 82 year old mom to us from NC to CT. Superb experience from beginning to end.

They handled my mother and her items with care, were excellent communicators, and showcased professionalism throughout the experience. They travelled in bad weather and brought my mother not only comfort, but joy during the trip by talking music and sharing stories. I truly appreciate care staff that deliver on that promise of care.
