The 3 man crew was great! On time to pickup our mother and made good time coming from Lakeland, Fl to New Boston, MI with 2 siblings riding along the way also. Highly recommend!

The crew were friendly, professional, on time and gave great care to our 83 year old family member for the 39 hour drive from Phoenix to South Carolina. They kept us informed by texts throughout the long drive and the patient seemed to endure the journey without complaint. We appreciate their services, and we would highly recommend ACC Medlink to others. Thanks.

The crew did a wonderful job bringing my dad from CT to TN. Andrea did an amazing job keeping me updated along the way. If I sent her a text she replied back in under 2 minutes!! Amazing job all around and my dad was very happy with his ride! Thank you so much again for your service!!!

My dad's interstate medical transport was incredible. From coordinating the care team at the hospital and leading the charge to get the ball rolling on the move, Cory was an asset to our transport. His demeanor allowed for everyone to get behind him and help make a difficult process happen quickly and easily. Cory's hospitality toward my dad was amazing and he offered regular updates throughout the 6 hour drive. Alex & Khris drove with care and handled the situation perfectly. We were so nervous about such a long drive under difficult and emotional circumstances and Cory kept us at ease. He is a solid professional and anyone would be lucky to have him on their transport.

Last Hail Mary to get Mom to Chicago from FtMyers safely-24 hour drive. She cannot stand or walk, and was weak from the hospital. From the first phone call to the van pulling up with Mom to long term care in Chicago, I was so impressed and grateful for their compassion, reassurance, and confidence. I received text msg updates all along the way, and Mom arrived safely. Thank you so much for providing such a service.

Had an overall great experience with moving my father from Melbourne FL up to NC. Everyone was so polite, helpful, and understanding. My dad has onset dementia, and as anyone who has dealt with this can tell you, the volatility of the patients mood swings can be quite an emotional endeavor. Every step of the way I felt like your team put my fathers needs first, everyone was kind and compassionate. From my first call with Katie setting up the service, through all the delays, waiting on paperwork and signatures for the transfer from state to state, to Davonta Sanders and calling me when he was about to pick my dad up with Asiah, and begin the arduous task of transporting this ol' Green Beret with 30 yrs service to his country in the middle of the night to his new residence, everyone was caring, patient, purposeful, and understanding. I will highly recommend you to anyone who is need of this type of service without hesitation. Thank you, God bless you all.

The crew was very professional, empathetic, and friendly to my sister and her family throughout the entire transportation process. As a patient with limited mobility, multiple illnesses, aches, and pains she had no negative comments and said the trip went pretty good. They made excellent time traveling and arrived when expected.
