I appreciate the crew's ability to handle my mom's needs. She is quite elderly. She is in good physical health but has challenges related to dementia. The crew kept her safe. They interacted with her, made her smile & helped to keep her spirits up.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. The overall service is personalized to fit each passengers needs. The medic was also professional and extremely courteous. He was kind, patient and flexible. The trip would not have happened successfully without him. I did not meet the drivers, but I'm sure they were the same.

The thought of transporting my loved one with dementia was daunting. A sixteen hour drive was more than my husband and I were able to take on. The service provided by ACC Medlink was an answer to prayer. From the coordination team to the crew, we experienced kindness, compassion and respect. They made what we thought was "impossible" into a pleasant experience for all of us. The peace of mind in knowing that our loved one was traveling safely was such a blessing!

The crew was hired to drive my mother from Kansas City Missouri to DownEast Maine. It's a long drive and requires you to navigate some not so fun cities like Boston. However, they showed up with smiles on their faces and cheerful, positive attitudes. They didn't just unload and run. They made sure my husband and I were comfortable and ready to assume responsibility of care of my mother. They also made sure she was freshend up and ready to relax. I would absolutely recommend this company for care of your loved one. I could not have asked for anything more.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience all around! From scheduling, price competitiveness, communication, accommodations, but especially the crew! My dad reads people well, even though he is 83 with dementia and broken back and broken hip. He still knows when he can trust someone. He had the best 12 hour ride! He told stories, and laughed. Cory and the Team took great care of him. They treated him with dignity and how they would want their dad treated. They communicated with us often throughout the trip sharing how he was doing. The other services we contacted were quick to tell us what they couldn't do, ACC was quick to tell us all the things they were going to do and they did them all, plus more. They were such a great crew. It was a very nerve racking experience, and this team made it so smooth for my dad (he loved the trip) and we wished they could care for our dad every day! If you need medical transport, you want ACC! Ask for Cory and Team!
