The service provided to us by Lindsay (transportation coordinator), Eric (transport EMT) and Anthony (driver) was as very good as it could be and simply they each met and exceeded our expectations. Each of them were communicative, professional and truly caring. Their gentle approach to working with us at a delicate and stressful time in our lives was so appreciated. It's nerve wracking to feel so vulnerable and they each made us feel at ease and confident that we were in good hands. I would recommend ACC MedLink without hesitation to anyone looking for medical transport service. I hope that each Lindsay, Eric and Anthony are recognized for this positive review. My family and I truly appreciate each of them.

My parents arrived at the assisted living facility tested and relaxed after a 6 hour drive. They very much enjoyed the company of the crew. The crew was very helpful making the final drop off. Would definitely recommend this service.

DeAngelo and Hulio did a great job. Moving from Ohio to a nursing home in Michigan was a very emotional event for my mother in law. DeAngelo did a great job of calming her down and making her comfortable through the trip. Hulio drove in a safe manner. They got my mother in law and father in law to their destination at the expected time. They also stopped to get lunch along the way and take care of my mother in laws personal needs.

I didn't meet the ambulance crew so I didn't individually recognize anyone, however overall coordination & delivery service was outstanding. My Aunt was also very pleased with the crew who delivered her. I highly recommend your service!

Friendly Professional Crew who took excellent care of Delphina, a 92 year old, making her feel safe & comfortable on a 17 hour transfers from LA to Wyoming.

These young men were kind, considerate & compassionate when transporting my 92 year old mother from California to Wyoming. Her care was nothing short of amazing. Being 92, the world can be very frightening when you don't understand exactly what's happening at all times. Strangers to her initially, becoming her trusted friends by the time she arrived 17 hours later. I know this because my mother is a very strong private lady who was happily engaged in playful conversation with all 3 when they arrived. All her personal needs were met with the utmost of respect & dignity. Her medical condition was monitored by Kwon, the medic who made sure she arrived safely. We were extremely happy with the entire process. Thank you again to this wonderful team of professionals for getting my mother home safely and in good spirits. Marty Sage

I made several calls, and each time, the staff was professional, patient, and understanding, right up until every last detail was resolved. I was especially grateful for their communication and care as they traveled nine hours to bring our loved one home.
