When I started this whole process I had no idea what to expect and I can tell you that it exceeded our expectations 100 times over. Mike, David, and Jared were all amazing and went out of their way to make an unenjoyable situation very comfortable. It truly felt like we were VIPs being chauffeured. All three of them went out of their way to accommodate anything that we needed. I would like to personally say thank you to all three of them again and would recommend this service to anybody that needs it. Great job guys, you knocked it out of the park!

This allowed me to move my mother whose wheelchair bound and has dementia over 1000 miles to a new facility. The cleanliness and courteousness of your staff was much appreciated. It was very easy to arrange. I did find the come out in the vehicle very difficult to use. This would be difficult for any able body person used due to lack of foot space and inability to pivot. It would also be beneficial if there were drink holders available with the patient, guest and staff. Otherwise, this was very convenient and comfortable.

Compassionate and great communication through all 17 hours! All 3 men were so sweet and made friends with my mom! This is definitely the company you want to use!!

Our entire experience with the ACC staff was amazing! Coordination between Facilities was seamless; as was pick up and drop off of my parents. My folks were impressed with the care they received during their 10 hour journey and the attentiveness of crew to their needs. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this service to anyone needing to move a family member long distance
