November 20, 2024I cannot express enough gratitude to the ACC Medical transport team that recently moved my Dad from Mansfield, TX to Goodyear, AZ due to his health condition and permanent relocation. From the moment we booked the trip to the final drop-off at my Dad's new assisted living facility, the entire team was outstanding. Despite the long distance and less-than-ideal weather conditions, the team ensured a safe, comfortable, and extremely professional experience. The drivers and the nurse took every opportunity to make sure we felt secure and at ease at all times. Their dedication and compassion were truly remarkable. Thank you for making a challenging journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Especially Nurse Julie who communicated well with Dad but also kept me in the loop as to how he was doing. They made the 13 hour trip over night and that worked out very well. I would highly recommend!

The journey was smooth and well-organized, with the crew displaying a friendly and welcoming attitude that immediately put my concerns at ease. We had ample stops at clean and safe truck stops, which provided both convenience and peace of mind. The food during the trip was a nice surprise , and the medical professional on board was attentive and supportive throughout. Overall, the experience was efficient and pleasant, making the time pass quickly.

November 11, 2024The crew was courteous and professional. I had a lot of needs. Mom needed a lot of nursing care, her significant other and cat rode with making it a very long ride. They did it without any issues or complaints. Thank all of them. Especially Dwight the Medic. My moms condition required a lot of care and he was calm and cool the whole time. Our entire family is so grateful.

November 8, 2024David was our care giver and he was super kind, thoughtful, and attentive to my mom. He went the extra mile helping us get a prescription that we needed and just did everything he could think of to make a difficult trip easier for all of us but especially for her. Laverne and Kenny were super sweet and safe drivers. We were not uneasy or apprehensive about their skill at the wheel. Anthony was summoned to help us along our journey and came in with his transport vehicle like the Lone Ranger. He saved the day in getting us to our destination. The whole experience was executed flawlessly even in the face of unforeseen issues. Thank you all for helping get my mom home to Texas. I hope you are all resting today. May the Lord bless your efforts in serving others.
