October 21, 2024The whole staff at ACC was great. From Lyndsey on the phone coordinating to Kayla who was in the van transporting my mother in law. They were all very courteous and polite, and it didn't matter how many times I called. They were patient and answered all of my questions. My MIL went on vacation and had a heart attack followed by a stroke. We had no other way to get her from FL to TN, thankfully ACC was there. Thank you all so very much! I would 10000% recommend this company!!!!

The took the upmost care of her during the entire trip and updated the family throughout the process. This has been a very difficult situation for us but Medlink took really great care of our family. Professionalism, efficiency and the tremendous care and compassion they offered were mentioned several times. The entire process from the initial call to them getting my Aunt settled in her now location was seamless. You made what could have been a nerve racking event into such a pleasant experience. We are so grateful.

All the arrangements were easily made and flawlessly carried out as planned. The drivers and medical staff were courteous, caring and well prepared.
