I can't say enough outstanding things about the complete service from ACC Medlink. All of the scheduling staff were beyond wonderful. The vehicle crew were extremely polite, professional, caring, helpful, funny and excellent drivers. The 21-hour ride from Florida to Delaware with my 94-year-old mother on a stretcher went so well. They even stopped at my mother's favorite restaurant for our dinner! The vehicle was super accommodating, and the ride overall was excellent. I hope not to need your service again but if I ever did, I would definitely utilize your services and also highly recommend you to anyone in need of your transportation. Thank you so much for making my mother's ride "home" such an outstanding experience.

The crew put my mind at ease. My mother has terminal cancer. As I told her that I would see her in 2 weeks, my emotions took over. The older man on the crew gave me a big hug and said they would get her there safely. Which they did. My mom also called me the next day and said how well and attentive they were. I can't thank you enough.

I was not there on transport day. My Mother was the kind who rode along with my Grandmother for the transport from Philadelphia to Virginia. She said that both the driver and Medical assistant were professional, friendly and courteous. The ride was comfortable and exceeded her expectations. ACC Medlink provides a fantastic service. Dinner and breakfast were great. I felt my husband was well cared for. Michael handled the situation of not having a facility to bring him to very well by having an ambulance meet us and take us to the hospital.

My family and I have been thrown into unfamiliar waters and for the first time since my brother's injury, we received clear, honest and compassionate care from start to finish with MedLink. I was extremely apprehensive to choose a medical transport team, having preferred airlift transport from New Jersey to Alabama, but my brother's insurance wouldn't cover the trip. For reference, in November 2023 my brother suffered cardiac arrest during an outpatient surgery and now has an anoxic brain injury. The family brought him from AL to New Jersey in January 2024 to undergo extensive rehab for 5 months and in May 2024 we needed to transport him back to AL for continued care. I chose Medlink for my brother's transport because of their professionalism, courtesy, sympathy and their overall human decency. The trip was approximately 20 hours, but only because my brother required emergency attention to his feeding tube. Jan, the nurse, called me right away and advised they would wait with him at the closest ER, then continue the trip. My brother is nonverbal, but I truly believe that Jan and the crew treated him with compassion and peaceful nurture throughout the trip. I'm probably writing too much, but I'm so happy I choose Medlink! Other providers would not have offered this white glove treatment. My only wish is that the medical industry as a whole would operate like MedLink. I 100% endorse!

The company has been excellent in communicating along the process from the first phone call to the final destination and after. Prompt, courteous service that made us feel very confident with the company, the drivers and my Brothers comfort for this long day trip. I highly recommend ACC Transport.
