Thank you so much for the fast response in scheduling. We had unusual circumstances where my step dad was and insurance and I really appreciate how fast we scheduled his transport from Ohio to Florida. Every person I spoke to was not only professional but very nice. Thanks to the drivers for getting him there safely and so fast! We would recommend this company in the future to anyone

Rochelle was phenomenal. She was patient, kind and funny. She worked to make sure may dad was comfortable and knew she was his advocate. She even bought him an electric blanket to ensure he'd be warm for the trip. I feel she went above and beyond.

This was a stressful time for our family and the entire crew was extremely helpful, kind, professional and friendly to my Father-in-law and myself on our journey half way across the country.

Even with the satisfied online Reviews, I was terrified moving my mother from NY to GA!!! I'm so very grateful to Dori, Alberto, and Kyle, who handled our trip with the ease that showed their professionalism, and put me at ease. Thank you again, team!!!

ACC Medlink was the perfect way to transport both of my parents (ages 95 and 97) from Illinois to assisted living in Minnesota, an 8-hour trip they were unable to make in a car. Eric made sure they had their favorite snacks and entertainment on board and was well attuned to their medical needs. He kept us apprised of how they were doing and their arrival time. Everything went exactly as planned and my parents were comfortable and safe. Thank you.

This review is based on the information from the passenger, Gina She spoke very highly of all three employees. She said she would give it a 10 out of 10! Since this was an almost 24 hour ride I would say that was exceptional.

Overall great experience. The crew was very courteous and kind and tried to make us feel as comfortable as they could. We got to our destination not too long after the time that was quoted to us so that was also nice. We're happy to have chosen this company for our transport.

All 3 of our crew were personable professional friendly and had a sense of humor.

Lovely, caring, helpful. You brought my 98 y.o. mom up from Orlando to Virginia. I was terribly worried because a) that's a huge move and b) mom has complete dementia. The three crewmembers were sweet and professional, and everything went perfectly. Thank you, ACC!

Crew was Kind, Courteous, and Professional. Medical Nurse assigned to my Brother was Awesome. Everyone we talked to via telephone (the Office staff, Scheduling, Billing, Etc.) was very Professional yet on a Cordial Level. They took Very Good Care of my Brother, who has Serious Medical Issues. They made the 6+ Hour trip as Pleasant as Possible for my Brother. Rating ACC MedLink on a Scale of 1-5, I would give them a 10!
