January 8, 2024We had a long and arduous trip from MD to South Carolina in bad weather. There was a lot of anxiety surrounding this transport. I could not even put into words how amazing our crew was. Professional, kind and caring. They not only took care of my mother, who was the patient, they helped me as I am also handicapped. Shomorgan helped me to ensure I was able to enter and exit the vehicle at every stop. That was over and above. Truly the best experience I could have wanted for this situation

Worth every penny Wish there were some way to pay with insurance But mom arrived smiling and in good spirits Also I called other places'who seemed less than desirous to do the job Every point of contact with ACCMEDLINK was just EASY. Aalmost seemed like a scam. Sorry I'm an over cautious pessimist Glass is always half empty I kept waiting for someone to drop the ball' Instead the ball was passed 'and then the touchdown. You guys rock. On criticism/concern'crew has to take care of themselves. Take time to eat well work out and get good rest. Caring for others is no joke'take care of you FIRST. ???thanks so much

January 3, 2024We did not know what to expect when embarking on the journey from CA to our new home in Ohio. We have gone thru a very stressful time with my husband's illness, & now the big move to another state was happening. The trip from start to finish was wonderful. The professionalism of the crew was outstanding. We were made comfortable from the start by all 3 of them, & throughout the many hours of the long drive. Hilda as the RN in charge did not miss a beat as far as monitoring and administering all the medications that my husband needed. And both drivers drove safely and made us comfortable...stopping when needed. All in all what made this long trip great for us was because of the 3 crew members on board. They were amazing. Professional, courteous and great personalities. Had great conversations which made it even more fun. We highly recommend this crew! We will not forget them and appreciate their kindness. January 2, 2024God bless and my is Brenda, and I would highly recommend the Medlink Long Distance transport service. They were all very professional, pleasant and helpful. I'm thankful to God for their assistance with transportation for my brother from New London CT. to Yeadon, PA. The office staff were very professional and patient with my many phone calls, they were able to bear with me when the bank delayed payment. The drivers Surmorgan and Wilton were very helpful in storing my luggage, assisting me on and off the vehicle. My brother, who is physically handicapped was very comfortable with the ride. Our Nurse, Tabitha took excellent care of him. We had a very pleasant ride in the nice, luxurious Mercedes vehicle..The price was almost half of what was quoted from a couple of other services. We arrived safely to our destination with traveling mercies from God in the name of Jesus. They are the best. Everyone deserves to get a raise!
