Nicki, Heather and staff were always available to support our plans and expectations. Enroute communication with Jan (LPN) gave our family that high level of comfort. No matter how many times I called, a pleasant helpful representative was on the line to answer all my questions and concerns. Everything went off without a hitch and I appreciated that. Knowing that I could reach someone 24 hours a day was awesome too. The crew that accompanied us down there were great as well!!

November 30, 2021Jan and her team moved my father from NY to GA. Everything was better than expected and the handoff to the receiving facility was excellent, Jan spent nearly a hour with the receiving nurse. I would highly recomend this transport company.

I have used their service twice now for our father and let me tell you - we travel assured that we will get to our destination safely. Dad is happy and safe. I love that they are a female and veteran founded company! We appreciate the care they take with our father!
