This service was a God send. Everyone was so helpful and processional and made making arrangements very easy. It was a big relief to know my parents were taken care of on the long trip from PA to FL when I could not travel with them. They provided updates along the way and I felt at ease they were in great hands. The vehicle was also amazing and even had a bed for my mom to sleep during the long trip. Thank you for everything.

Dealing with ACC Medlink was fantastic. This was not an easy time for my family and they made the process simple and executed it perfectly. In route they were helpful and compassionate. Pick up and drop off were seamless.

For our family, ACC MedLink was heaven sent! Our Dad had been through multiple illnesses while trying to recover from emergency surgery. He was in and out of hospitals and rehab facilities for 3 months. This led to him becoming bedridden and unable to care for himself. All the children live a significant distance away and were unable to be in town as much as needed. We desperately needed to get him moved before the winter weather moved into the mountain area where he lived. We found ACC MedLink and within a week, we were able to get him moved safely! From the moment we contacted ACC MedLink, we felt hopeful and comforted. They had qualified staff to provide the medical support he needed in transport. When another company could not guarantee a flight from a hospice facility in Gilbert, AZ to San Diego, CA for our father 2 days before our transfer date, I found ACC MEDLINK online. I spoke with Nikki L., a Transport Coordinator on a Sunday Morning and we got an itinerary confirmation on Monday afternoon. Nikki worked overtime to make this happen for our family. She was truly our Christmas angel! Once the itinerary was set, the rest of the staff facilitated and provided the transport in a professional and courteous manner. Our father has flown his own planes for over 50 years, and he was extremely impressed with the flight crew and their professionalism. These situations are never easy for families to undertake without the help of companies like ACC MEDLINK. They delivered all that we needed to make this happen. I would highly recommend them. In fact, I just did before writing this review. The Hospice social worker just called me to ask who used to transport our father because she had another family inquiring about this service. I gave them the website for ACC MEDLINK with the highest recommendation. Thank you so much for all your help.
