August 14, 2026These three crew members do it right. They picked my Dad up on time and arrived safely and on time to the destination 300 miles away. They communicated about departure and ETA and sent me a picture of my dad once they were underway. They stopped briefly and fed my dad some cheeseburger and milkshake. Upon arrival they professionally moved him from the transport bed to the hospice bed. The medic cleaned him up and completed other tasks for my dad before they all left. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and if possible I’d request this specific crew! Thank you so much for your compassion and professionalism!!!

August 14, 2026From the initial conversation with the transport coordinator to the final goodbye with the medic when my dad arrived at a rehab back hom in MD, the experience was wonderful! We were treated more like family and not just another transaction with a strong level of professionalism and care throughout the process. My siblings and I took great comfort in knowing my parents would be well taken care of on their trip. I would highly recommend ACC Medlink to anyone who may need to use your services. August 14, 2026I am so very grateful for the crew taking such good care of my Dad. He is 84, has dementia, and is in extremely poor physical condition after several days in hospital. It was a very long ride for him but I had to get him to his ALF for the care he needs. I was given regular updates and they were very professional and compassionate. Highly recommend !!!!!
