All 3 were friendly, kind, and respectful. It was an uneventful 22 hour drive!

I appreciated the phone call when I requested a quote online. Another company sent an email. The coordinators were great throughout the process. Kat, the nurse that traveled with us, called and obtained more specific information and advised me of things I should have available to make my mother's transport easier and more comfortable. The crew arrived on time, and we left on schedule. The drivers were professional, and I felt safe throughout. Your team helped make a difficult trip much easier.

The entire crew was so professional, kind, and courteous, even when my mother did unexpected things during the trip. I really appreciated Kat reaching out before the trip to verify information and give me the opportunity to ask questions. I also appreciated her giving me a way to contact her directly prior to the trip if I had any additional questions, which I ended up using. She alleviated the fears and concerns I had which was so nice considering moving my mother from one state to another state was a very stressful and nerve-wracking time for me.

The crew transporting my family member were absolutely fantastic! 18hr drive all night, delivering my loved one safe and sound. RN Bobby was on top of everything during the drive and kept me informed, and the two drivers were very capable and trustworthy. I hope I am never in a situation again to have to use a medical transport, but I know I can trust Medlink if ever needed again!

The crew were truly amazing! They were patient and extremely helpful with my dad and transportation throughout our travels. I would definitely recommend them as the go to crew.
