April 15, 2026This crew was amazingly kind and competent. This was a long arduous trip and my dad was not always pleasant, but the crew handled all of it with patience and grace. My only suggestion to the company would be to train the crew on the use of snow chains. We encountered chain restrictions near Tahoe and the crew had to scramble to figure out a solution. They were amazing, they met the challenge head on to work on solution and never once complained in a less than ideal situation.
