Go no further with your search and choose ACC Medlink! Everything went smoothly from my first contact with the company through the transportation of my Mom from Rochester, NY to Alexandria, VA. I ask a lot of questions, and the coordinators were so courteous and helpful with answering them and providing enough detail prior to the transport. They contacted me the day before and the morning of the trip to assure me that everything was in place. The price was very competitive with other companies, but the ACC Medlink testimonials is one of the reasons I selected them. Our trip was approximately 8 hours, and my mom was very comfortable along the way and smiling throughout the trip. The medic and driver made her very calm and attended to her with great care. They provided me updates along the trip with pictures and text messages and always reached out if they had questions about her care and needs. ACC Medlink should be the company of choice for anyone needing a medical transport.

I stressed for a week over hiring a medical transport for our mother. It's hard to know when finding a company online. I researched and called multiple times with questions that were based on reviews and BBB information. Each call gave me more confidence to hire this company. They were honest, helpful and answered all questions I asked without hesitation. I found each representative open and honest and willing to give me the time I needed. I never felt like it was a marketing scheme. In the end it was the correct choice. The transport went smoothly. Thank you very much and we will definitely recommend your company.

Q was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond! The care and gentleness that he provided for my Mother was outstanding! He, I believe was sent directly from God! Your company is very fortunate to have him as a Paramedic onboard. He made sure that every little need was met for myself and my Mother. Ryan that set the transportation up was very kind and professional! Janielle and Alexis were like soldiers! They were incredible! They were polite and professional. They persevered through any weather on our long journey from California to Florida! Thank you so much for they care and concern during a very difficult time in our lives (Mom and I). ACC Medlink was fabulous start to finish. We needed to transport my elderly mother from a hospital Memphis TN to NC. My 83 year old dad initiated the process and they were very patient with him. Ultimately I worked with them to finalize all the details. Getting mom discharged and here was not straightforward and they were flexible and professional. They were upfront with pricing, how the process worked, and stayed in touch constantly. 100% recommend!

The team was on time and courteous, prepared the van perfectly and transported my mom safely. Despite her significant anxiety and pain, she was comfortable at all times thanks to the crew. We stopped briefly for lunch and that was a nice treat and all coordinated transfers were handled seamlessly. I am thankful for this crew and the company for helping us navigate a difficult time.

I didn't get the three gentleman's names. They did a great job with my in-laws. They had some unexpected bumps in the road with my mother-in-law needing more help than they expected. One of the gentlemen was very sweet and they were all helpful when they arrived.
