Roberta went above and beyond to make our mom feel calm and get through a difficult transitional move. She even bought her a birthday card and piece of cake when she found out her Birthday was in 2 days. Exceptional service!!

The entire team was professional and we were grateful for their support, but the driver Tim was personable and really made sure we were ok. It would be good if someone would explain at the beginning of the trip how the rest stops were handled (I didn’t know to talk to the driver about snacks so I paid for them myself and later found out that I needed to tell the driver at the stops). Everything was very simple and Dee and Andrew were great also. They really helped when we got home and the nurse, Dee said, “This is why we do the job- to see the look when you get home “. I was very pleased.

Everything was well coordinated and trip went smoothly and on schedule.

ACC Medlink was excellent throughout the process, starting with the first phone call. They really took wonderful care of my mother-in-law, and their communication was just excellent. Roberta (the nurse), the drivers, and Maria in the office were wonderful. Highly recommend this company if you want your loved one to be well-cared for.

ACC MedLink provided exceptional medical transportation services during our time of need. They arrived promptly for pickup and ensured we reached our destination safely and on schedule. Their team was also very attentive to our comfort, making frequent rest stops as needed.

Everything went so smoothly. The coordinators were on top of everything. I got timely reminders before the trip. The crew made every attempt to keep my brother calm on a seven hour ride. They called when they left and they left on time. They called when my brother needed to talk to me. They were very friendly and professional when they delivered him to the nursing home. All in all, a great experience.

Trying to move from a rehab in FL to one in GA to be closer to family can be stressful. Getting an open bed then getting long distance transportation within the time frame allowed priced to be challenging. Every company usually requires 2 to 3 days lead time. Thanks to Debbie and Danny who were willing to make a 400 mile transport on a days notice! I couldn't have been any better satisfied with the process. On Tuesday I told ACCMedlink that I was calling around to see if i could get a transport for Wed or Thursday at the latest. Originally they had told me Sat was the first available. I was so grateful and relieved when I got a call back from them saying they had a team step up to provide the service. Debbie and Danny were both wonderful, asking questions to get to know Don and keeping me up to date on where they were. I'd recommend ACCMedlink to anyone needing long distance non emergency transportation.
