Simply put, an "excellent" experience from the first phone, until our Mom was in her new room. ACC MedLink is in my opinion the only choice for Medical transport of your loved one!

From day one this company ws wonderful to work with they helped us get our mother from TN to OK. We were in a difficult situation to get her home and this company made it happen. We are truly blessed to had found them. Our mother arrived safe and on time. We appreciate you guys so much it's been a long 4 months not having her home. Thank you again

Your staff was very informative and helpful. I had to call several times and they were able to calm me down so I could handle this mess. My uncle was being abused in a nursing home in IL and I didn't know how to get him to Houston. It was a very stressful situation and you guys made it tolerable.

The crew did a phenomenal job. Throughout the entire 16 hour drive, the care and attention they gave my Mother-in-law was outstanding. All three on the team were professional, friendly, empathetic (and entertaining). They made a difficult task seem easy. I can't say enough to express our gratitude for the job they did. The entire process went flawlessly. I won't hesitate to use ACC Medlink again in the future. Again, please thank the crew for the great job they did.

From the first phone call until the dropping off of my aunt, ACC Medlink was professional and courteous. I made numerous phone calls to them to arrange the transport of my aunt from one state to another. Each call was answered by a helpful and patient coordinator. The transport was on time and they alerted me an hour before drop off. The drivers and nurse were efficient once they arrived. They were extremely kind to my aunt after getting her situated and assured me she did great on the seven hour drive. It was a very positive experience.

Our mom has late-stage dementia, and we decided to move her from her memory care community in Florida to a new location in Georgia to be near our entire family. AccMedlink was recommended by her receiving community, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism, excellence, kindness, and thoughtfulness of the entire staff. From our first phone call to arrange transportation, to their follow up and proactive communication leading up to our mom's pick up, to the actual trip and final arrival. My brother was able to ride with her, which made the trip much more "safe" for our mom, knowing he was with her every step of the way. We would absolutely recommend AccMedlink. We cannot imagine transporting our mom any other way. Thank you!

The crew was great! Service was exactly as reported. They got us there safely and as quickly as possible. The beds were comfortable. The van's shocks were non-existent. The van has seen better days. For the next clients please replace the shocks. Every bump was like a buckboard. Thank You

We were in a pinch and needed a service to transport Cheryl Parker from Florida to Michigan. Your company had the time and schedule to get this done in a very short amount of time. They were kind and courteous. Picked her up at the hospital and began transporting her back right away. They got her home to Michigan within the time frame you said you would. The only condition that we noticed was that the ambulance was extremely cold but the weather got colder and colder the closer we were to the destination. All in all we are pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone needing a quick and efficient transport.
