From the moment we met, I trusted them and felt safe leaving my mother with them for a nearly 10 hour drive. My mother also really liked DaKwon and established a trusting relationship. I would not hesitate to recommend ACC Medlink to anyone who needs medical transport over a long distance. We kept in touch by phone and text throughout the journey, and DaKwon even allowed my mother to FaceTime with us as we traveled in a separate car. A+++

August 9, 2025This entire group made a VERY difficult situation have a happier solution.. My nephew is now back in NEW JERSEY,where family & friends can now look over him!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU ..Transport coordinators were very patient & helpfull.Also entire transport crew( due to stroke nephew not remembering names) .But I S/W DAKWON.. who was fantastic. They made my nephew feel very safe & comfortable!! THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH.

August 8, 2025I wish more people knew about your service. I has no clue that this was possible until my sister in law's daughter told me. I was in a car wreck and unable to walk or get into a car. So there was no way I could travel from Virginia to Maine. Thank you so much. I hope you will be sending me paperwork so I can turn it into my insurance company.

The medic wanted to know my aunt's current medical situation and medications so that he was prepared. Also, every customer service person I spoke with over the phone was also awesome. They answered all of my questions and provided clear and concise information, and they responded promptly. I would highly recommend ACC Medlink to anyone in need of non-emergency medical transport.
