Crew was great picking my mom up in Ohio with my wife to see her off. Kept us informed and I was able to meet her when she arrived in South Carolina. I don't think this move could of went any better. Thanks, Dave

Your service transferred my elderly mother from Roanoke Virginia to Bradenton Florida. The coordinators were on top of everything including contacting the facilities in both locations. My mom who originally was reluctant to make the trip arrived in Florida laughing and joking with the crew. I believe this experience will help her adapt to her new assisted living facility a lot more easily. Thank you so much for this service!

The team was incredible professional and efficient. Every aspect was easy and smooth. They took great care of my Mom and attended to her every need. As the passenger I was very comfortable on the ride and enjoyed chatting with the team. Had a great nights sleep crossing Texas. Highly recommend!

They were great I couldn't ask for a better crew. Regina was awesome and I don't remember the other names of the drivers, but they made the trip wonderful

ACC Medlink was an incredible company to work with from the time I inquired about their services to the delivery of my parents from Oklahoma to Ohio. Curtis in the call center reassured me and made me comfortable with the safe transportation of my parents and was available to answer any questions that I had. The three Medlink members that transported my parents kept me informed with a photo before they began their drive, throughout the drive and were very helpful, courteous and mindful of the ill health that my father was in. The expense of this trip for my parents from Oklahoma to Ohio was worth it to have my parents back home in Ohio with family. Unfortunately, my father passed away three weeks from the day he arrived in Ohio. We were all blessed to have him for those three weeks, and we could not have been more appreciative of the team and how timely you were in getting my parents' home. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You are all a team of amazing angels.

Q and the entire crew did an excellent job. They were courteous, professional, and attentive to the needs of my dad and me. As this was a long overnight trip, the crew took frequent breaks and always asked if we needed anything.

Although the transport time was a few hours after expected, the overall experience was great. A bit nerve wracking transporting a family member from Florida to New York. From the moment we met the crew they were wonderful. They were kind, supportive and assured us he would be ok. It wound up being a very long ride as the delay put them right in the heart of NYC traffic. They were in contact with us and kept us updated. Regina answered our texts and assured us all was ok. We appreciate the professionalism and care my dad received on this toad trip! We were relieved to see them pull into the facility and grateful for the safe trip for all. Thank you for providing this service and allowing for us to feel confident in the trip experience.

Acc Medlink has transported 3 or 4 patients for us and they are superb. Their coordination of the travel, care during travel and follow up are excellent.
