Our crew was wonderful! Our drivers, Casey and Gerard (sp) managed to avoid traffic jams and delays due to construction, made sufficient stops and asked several times if we needed a stop. The ride was smooth and elicited trust in their competence and professional ability! Michael's caring and compassionate manner and attention to Frances was amazing! Even when we reached Mt. Notre Dame, the crew made sure that Frances was properly positioned on the stretcher and sitting up so that she could see and greet the sisters who were waiting to welcome her. The office staff was also very helpful to us- Truman and Nicky were responsive and patient with our many questions!

I was kept up to date on the travel and pending arrival time of my family member either by phone or text. Very friendly, courteous crew.

Very satisfied with the staff and service provided. The van itself was very bumpy, though. The nurse was amazing! Arrived ahead of schedule and my family was kept updated. Highly recommend your transport service.

Thanks to ACC Med Link for your help in coordinating transport for my mother from Missouri to Wisconsin. I am her daughter and also rode along as a passenger. The phone coordinators were always very helpful and quick with answers, including Evelyn, Maria and Curtis. Our driver crew and nurse DeAngelo were very helpful, courteous and prompt. Our only wish is that the van was a little warmer. The temperatures were unexpectedly cold on the overnight trip, dipping down to 10 degrees and the van heating didn't seem able to keep up. Overall it was a very good experience and we're happy for the service provided getting mom back home!

Very grateful for this service! When thinking about moving my mom from Houston to Oklahoma I was very stressed about how to get her there safely and with least amount of discomfort for her. Extremely impressed by staff in all aspects. Nicky, the coordinator was awesome and made the process really easy. Thank you all so much!!
