Amber and her Team Went above and beyond for Our Father Tom. His Final Was To Be In Idaho With His Family and This Team Made It Happen. They Treated Tom w Up Most Care and Professionalism. Updated Texts and Photos Along The Way. We Couldn't have Made This Happen Without You All!!! I was Very skeptical Going Off A site I Found On the Internet. My Apologies for Sounding crazy, Checking and Double Checking Before Paying. Having Our Bank Triple Check!! These People Showed Up On Time and Ready to Serve!!! I Highly Recommend This Transport Service For Anyone's Families!

The team was fantastic with our dad. It was a long medically necessary trip for his comfort from NC to MD. They were courteous and engaging on both ends of the trip. Dad was fed and kept engaged in conversation. Ms. Tucker was pleasant to deal with making the arrangements and the crew kept in touch with the family during the trip.

The crew was super caring and professional. They made me feel as if they were taking care of their family member.

We're so glad that we found ACC Medlink. My wife was admitted to ER of our home hospital, x-rayed, blood tested, etc and released. She is home now sleeping in her very own bed. Thanks so very much! I am in Ohio and my mother was in North Carolina. I called and talked to the weekend supervisor on a Saturday! She was awesome and thoroughly explained the process. ACC was scheduled to get my mother on Tuesday, but the hospital released her on Sunday! Melissa went above and beyond to get my mother Sunday overnight and home by Monday morning. Durning transport my mother had terrible nightmares and the staff and nurse Hilda were amazing. They kept me updated during the entire transport. Look no further ACC is the BEST!
