September 8, 2024What an amazing team!!! RN Hilda was so sweet and very responsive to all my texts every step of the way. Starting from the day before the pick-up she reached out to get any information like food preferences, preferred name prior to the transportation date. During the trip she would send me pictures and status updates I.e trip arrival, traffic, how he slept etc. Absolutely love that they had a 2 person driving crew. Ensuring your love one will arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Thank you Rich G. and Keith S. for delivering my most precious person to me. ACC Medlink is the best!!

Even though there were plenty of people they were all still ready to help me; catch me or whatever was needed. Tricia went over and above when it came to my bathroom needs. I would definitely recommend this crew to any considering this transportation.
