The transportation of my 88 year old mother from Washington State to Wisconsin was flawless! The communication and coordination of pick up and drop off were conducted both timely and professionally. Both facilities were contacted with information on schedules, medications, and any special needs. The crew was AMAZING! They were professional, considerate, and constantly checking with me and my mother to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They asked for meal preferences and went out of their way to provide food we liked. Amber was very kind to my mother, took wonderful care of her, administered her meds and took vitals during the ride. Heath and Alex were exceptional drivers, they were also very considerate of my mother, chatting with her and making her laugh. They did a great job getting us to our destination safely and as quickly as they could. My only criticism for the entire booking process and trip is that the suspension on the van is a bit stiff and it can be a little bumpy in the back. Please recognize this crew for their exceptional performance!

The guys that drove my husband over 800 miles back home to Kentucky did a great job. They kept me informed and I have to say you’ve got some great guys working for you. I wish I would’ve caught all their names, but my brain wasn’t working very good that day because of all that was going on with my husband.

Z did an excellent job as driver in the bad weather. My parents felt safe the entire trip. Chris made sure that my parents were comfortable the entire trip. Although ACC Medlink was not the lowest price quote I received, based on online reviews I chose them to transport my parents from Pennsylvania to North Carolina. Based on my parents good feedback concerning all aspects of the trip from start to finish, I highly recommend ACC Medlink for medical transportation.
