From the time I called, ACC Medlink was on top of things and very courteous. They helped me get a state to state transfer set up within 2 days and coordinated everything on both ends to eliminate that stress for me. They were on time and very professional. Our 10 hour trip turned out to be a bit longer due to traffic but we made the best out of it! The team (John, Melissa, and Caleb) became our friends along the way and it was even hard to say goodbye to them! They truly did anything to make our journey comfortable!!!!!!

This was an overall good experience for my grandfather (age 94) who needed to travel out of state - approximately 8 hrs of drive time. The trip was fast and my grandfather arrived in good condition. They coordinated with both facilities to ensure that he had the appropriate level of care during transport. I'm grateful for this service and the peace of mind it provided.
