I would definitely recommend this service and company to anyone interested.

Every one was very accommodating, and kind. The only issue was that the oxygen concentrator supplied by the transport was drawing too much current, so could not be used. Without it, we could not travel (my mom required oxygen). Luckily I had a less powerful concentrator on hand, supplied by my mom's hospice care provider. We were able to use it, though I then had to send it back to Chicago. Not sure what we would have done if I hadn't had an extra concentrator. This consideration would be extremely important for your future clients requiring oxygen.

I was very nervous about my 85 year old moms transport. I was always contacted by coordinators confirming everything. They couldn't have been more helpful from the initial call, the booking of the transfer and always calling to confirm everything The crew was outstanding. Dan, the EMT and the drivers made my mom so at ease and took excellent care of her. She loved them and is still talking about them. Thank you for making a stressful situation so smooth and easy.

My father in law was very ill in Florida and we could not figure out a way to get him back to Ohio. I came across ACC Medlink when searching to see if there was a medical transport that would travel across several states. I am so glad I did. I spoke to several different people in the course of a few days to line everything up, and everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We were able to set up the transport within days. The drivers and nurse took great care of my father in law and his companion and made their 18 hour drive comfortable and kept in touch with my husband the entire time. I highly recommend this service to anyone. It truly was a Godsend to us!

Such great service, attitude and dedication to producing a great product. Great medical monitoring and care during transport with knowledge of the patient's (my father's) needs and concerns. Great driving by both Alex and Chris getting from Florida to Mass safely and efficiently.

Moved my dad from Florida to North Carolina. Acc answered my questions politely and intelligently every time. They called me back with information that I asked for. Always friendly and so professional. This was a hard process for us to undertake but truly ACC made me feel safe and secure throughout. My dad apparently watched some of his favorite western movies in the transport on the ride up. I'm sure that made him enjoy his 'road trip' all the more.

We were so fortunate to find your service. Everyone I spoke to answered every question, big and small. The office staff were so pleasant and seemed to genuinely care. My parents were not the easiest, but Chris was very compassionate. My only recommendation would be, allow the passengers to ride forward. Riding backwards made the trip more stressful for them.
