I was happy with your company from the first phone call. I talking to several different people at your company. They were all aware of the case and very helpful. The trip was well coordinated with the hospital and I was kept informed by Tonia as to when they left NYC and again an hour before arrival at the facility. My son was reluctant when he first heard that was how he was being transferred. When I saw him Saturday he said the people could not have been nicer. Thank you so much.

Wonderful crew and service provided to get my sister back to West Virginia

Drivers and RN were professional, friendly, caring and kept me well-informed. I'd like to give special recognition to Tonya. My sister was refusing to leave, but Tonya's kindness and compassion won my sister over, so that she consented to leave.

Transported My Mother from Colorado Springs, CO. to Traverse City, MI. There was good communication throughout the transport. Everything went as planned and on time.

I would recommend this transport company to anyone that would require this service. It is pricey but well worth it. Rhonda was so helpful and explained everything to us and we are grateful for all her assistance. Thanks, ACC Medlink our Mom is where she should be, with family again.

The coordination of the move was efficiently done. The driving crew was responsive and accommodating. Vehicle provided a lightly jarring/shaking ride. Delivery was early but requested notification prior to arrival so I could meet the van, but none was given. I would definitely use your service again.
