Their communication was excellent, crew took great care of my family member as they travel from GA to DE. You can't ask for a better service. Love this company and I recommend them. If you are looking for medical transportation for a loved one, stop looking and book with ACC Medlink. They are professional and really care about the comfort of your loved one. Tucker, Jomo, and Desmond transported my 80 year old Aunt Lucy from Florida to Delaware - 950 miles on Jan 18th-19th. She had a blast! Lucy is still talking about the awesome trip and how wonderful the crew was, especially Tucker her RN. The entire staff at Medlink made sure I knew exactly what would happen and the ambulance crew texted me periodically so I would know how Lucy was doing and exactly when Lucy would arrive in Delaware. They far exceeded my expectations and hopes - thank you Tucker, Jomo, and Desmond for taking such great care of our Lucy! Bless you all. P.S. I thoroughly researched multiple medical transportation companies and not only was ACC Medlink the best reviewed with superior comfort provided for the patient, but they were also the least expensive.

Fantastic job by all! I would recommend ACC MedLink to any one. They were extremely helpful and helped when I did not think I was going to be able to pull off making the transport happen for my Dad.

ACC provided prompt service. They coordinated with the hospital & we're on time, professional & courteous. Alexa made my ride as comfortable as it could be. And the driver was cautious but efficient. The team that took me home made my ride as good as it could he given the circumstances. I was comfortable & they tended to all my needs.

The whole team including the transport coordinators as well as the three team members who drove my mom and dad were great. They ensured we understood all the requirements prior to the transport, arrived on time for the pickup, were extremely kind to my dad and mom as they transported them. My husband and I traveled at the same time with the transport in an RV and the road crew were wonderful to keep us updated as to their position, and we both arrived at the end location at the exact same time. Thanks to the whole team for their excellent work and a worry free 12 hours worth of travel for my 94 and 96 year old parents.

Right from the first conversation to my mother being brought home safe and sound, ACC Medlink was professional, courteous and compassionate. I am so glad I found them.

That crew and all the coordinators did a wonderful job with a difficult patient. My accute memory care sister arrived in a peaceful state of mind and the texts at the end of her 11-hour trip were reassuring to me. Thanks to all involved SO MUCH!

Very high quality service. Price is not cheap, but a perfectly fair value. What was most strongly appreciated was how professional ACC-MedLink is relative to the facilities at both ends of the trip. I told them they should undertake to operate rehab facilities as well.

Nurse Jan was always positive & cheery even though my husband experienced much pain at times & wasn't that cooperative. Jan cajoled him into position. Both drivers were friendly, kind and empathic and without hesitation helped with the 'heavy lifting'. You could tell this team enjoyed their work.
