The patient was very well pleased. The communication with the transporting team was exceptional. The comfort was phenomenon.

I appreciate all the help that everyone at ACC Medlink put in to help me get my grandmother transferred from a facility in Bradenton, Florida to one in Bloomington, Indiana on Christmas Day, which was truly above and beyond. I also wish that I could have had the opportunity to thank the transport team in person because it was passed on to me by my extended family that when the team picked up my grandmother in Florida that they really cared about her situation. She also enjoyed that they had her favorite Frappuccino drink available. She said the ride was very comfortable. Thank you all so much for doing what you do and for taking a huge amount of stress off of our shoulders, knowing our loved one was in good hands with you all.

The entire team exhibited sublime service during the. entire trip. The level of care for patient and family was exemplary as well as the professionalism, courteousness, and needed comfort. I highly recommend your company to anyone wanting quality service-you guys didn't disappoint. We are indeed satisfied customers. Forever grateful!

While the actual transport was very good the delay was frustrating. I was lucky that the caregivers were able to cover the additional shifts and the AFH in Everett was flexible about when we arrived. I understand that the situation with the snowstorms shutting down flights was very difficult and the coordinators were doing everything they could. The problem is that in the rush to give me updates the information was sometimes wrong or incomplete. In spite of this, I have given a high rating. I believe everyone was doing everything they could within the company constraints. In the end, the transport happened and was very successful. My mother had little to no anxiety on the trip and we were well cared for. Everyone I spoke to leading up to and on the trip was kind and helpful.

John was wonderful in transporting my father and making sure he was comfortable when disembarking and Helen was a compassionate listener during this time of stress.

This was my mother's first time traveling a long distance in over 7+years, so it was a big deal for us. We were nervous and didn't know what to expect. The crew was AMAZING and made the experience one that we will never forget. From the time we left NC to the time we arrived in NJ, Robert, Rosie, and Jonathan ensured we were well taken care of. They were gentle, compassionate, and fun. We felt safe and in good hands the entire trip! Thank you for delivering our precious "cargo" safe and sound. We look forward to using ACC again and we will be requesting Robert, Rosie, and Jonathan for our next journey!

The crew was excellent in their care, compassion, and attentiveness. In times of extreme stress due to medical conditions, it was wonderful that my husband and I could relax during our 700 mile journey from one hospital to another. It was the correct choice in choosing Medlink! The contacts prior to our trip (Marieanne and Evelyn) were so helpful in scheduling and answering our many questions and concerns.
