The Medlink crew was great. They transported my mom and dad 6 hours to their home so my dad could receive Hospice. The guys made a terrible situation better by taking such good care of my parents on the trip. The entire experience from initial contact to safe delivery of my parents was professional and great. Thank you from our family!

Mom was moved from Bismarck ND to north of Milwaukee in January where the weather is unpredictable. Jonathan was always kind and courteous to me and, more importantly, to my mother. He texted me a Google link so I could track where the crew was in the trip. Also, was available if I wanted to call my mom during the ride. Thank you, Jonathan, and the rest of the crew. Great job!

The crew took good care of my 95 yr old Mom on her trip from Cleveland, OH to Columbus, GA. I had plan on making the trip with her but could not go due to testing positive for Covid, so I felt a little uneasy letting her make the trip on her own without me. The crew kept me updated on as their progress and let me talk to her. They treated her really well and kept her safe. I am really pleased with the service!

The three people assigned to us were superb. Courteous, careful and considerate. We commend them. Our only complaint was with the vehicle. The commode was not accessible to my wife. She was immobile and could not reach the commode. The vehicle itself was comfortable and rode well. Overall, it was the most comfortable and convenient way to get my wife home.

The van arrived 15 minutes early, went to the ward and professionally transferred my wife to their own gurney and and placed her in the transport van. The van was roomy and her bed looked comfortable and she arrived at the destination in a timely manner. Definitely would reccomend.

I shopped around extensively to transport my mom from Maine to South Dakota. ACC Medlink was not the least nor most expensive quote, but their ability to deal with my mom's medical challenges and their flexibility led me to choose them and I am glad I did. The crew was very thoughtful, always put safety first, and worked hard to meet all my mom's needs on a difficult journey. Plus the crew members were really genuinely great people. It was a very emotionally challenging time for me yet ACC Medlink was extremely professional, flexible, and did a great job. They let me bring my mom's cat, her plants, and the odds and ends involved in transporting long distances. They were very accommodating. I rode with my mom as well. Excellent service. So grateful for how easy they made this trip for us.
