Tremendous service that is provided by MedLink! We were extremely desperate for medical transport, and MedLink offered that high level of coordination, which our family was seeking. Nicki, Heather and staff were always available to support our plans and expectations. Enroute communication with Jan (LPN) gave our family that high level of comfort. The service and value that was delivered, well outweighed the expense! Thank you, MedLink Team!!

We are very pleased with the customer service we received. No matter how many times I called, a pleasant helpful representative was on the line to answer all my questions and concerns. Everything went off without a hitch and I appreciated that. Knowing that I could reach someone 24 hours a day was awesome too. The crew that accompanied us down there were great as well!!

Jan and her team moved my father from NY to GA. Everything was better than expected and the handoff to the receiving facility was excellent, Jan spent nearly a hour with the receiving nurse. I would highly recomend this transport company.

It is not easy moving an injured loved one from place to place and ACC Medlink understands this and makes it easy on the whole family. I have used their service twice now for our father and let me tell you - we travel assured that we will get to our destination safely. Dad is happy and safe. I love that they are a female and veteran founded company! We appreciate the care they take with our father!

My father was transported with his friend on a 300+ mile journey. It was a very pleasant experience for both of them. The driver was very good, the nurse very attentive and my father was comfortable. He had anxiety about traveling and they made everything so much easier. Thank you very much!

From the first phone call to the delivery of my husband at the receiving facility in Florida, everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The drivers Robert and Rosie and the nurse Jan were friendly helpful and felt more like family than someone just doing their job. It was a pleasure riding In the van with my husband that's a wonderful service you offer. Your price was less than half of another company I called your service was 200% more than they offered. It was a comfortable ride for myself and my husband. Thank you to everyone I spoke with at the office starting with Nikki; Heather; Curtis; Denise & Helen.
