Crew was Kind, Courteous, and Professional. Medical Nurse assigned to my Brother was Awesome. Everyone we talked to via telephone (the Office staff, Scheduling, Billing, Etc.) was very Professional yet on a Cordial Level. They took Very Good Care of my Brother, who has Serious Medical Issues. They made the 6+ Hour trip as Pleasant as Possible for my Brother. Rating ACC MedLink on a Scale of 1-5, I would give them a 10!

Everyone was great. Process and coordination was smooth and Eileen was fabulous to work with.

My husband actually enjoyed the trip Said everyone was very kind to him. Thanks to everyone!

Routing could have been better in my opinion, but pleased with experience over all. Everyone was courteous, with timely calls, answering questions and following up. Would recommend.

Steller company, no need to look any further, My mom is 92 and frail and they transported her from Miami to Indiana. The team cared for her with the most amazing grace. So blessed to have had ACC Medlink, I would trust them anytime with a loved one. Thank you so much for you kind help.

I really dont know their names but they ship me from Boynton Beach to Philadelphia the company knows their names it was two men and a woman and they were fabulous couldnt ask for anybody better hats off to them three people !

When you have a medically challenged family member that has to be moved to a different state your company is a great, safe choice.

From start to finish, it could not have been better. All the behind the scenes support staff and crew were superb. My sister-in-law was transported with the crew from Maryland to South Carolina and her care and comfort was the best. She was treated like family. We could not have been more pleased with the service.

Very professional and efficient. They inspired confidence and followed through. Would highly recommend.

The crew was awesome but my mother in law couldnt remember their names. The care coordinator, Evelyn, was amazing!
