September 4, 2021The ride up I-95 from Florida to North Carolina was very bumpy. Even laying in a hospital bed at night, I was unable to sleep due to the jarring, swaying, and bumping of the vehicle. I do not know if it is possible to design a medical transport van to have a smoother ride, but, if so, that would make the trip much more comfortable. The drivers said they did their best but said that poor road maintenance and lots of construction made it impossible to avoid rocking and bumping in this vehicle. Having said that, the trip allowed me to get my very weak and very sick mother to a safe care facility near my home. I am grateful to ACC Medlink for providing this professional, courteous and rapid service.
