Amazing care for my mom and kept in contact with me. I was confident mom was in excellent care

My father was very ill and in Florida. We needed immediate medical transportation to get him back to his home state. I made a phone call after researching this type of company and spoke with Maria. She was amazing, empathetic, and very efficient. They coordinated everything so quickly. Within a matter of hours, my father was picked up and taken home. This was an absolutely amazing experience- one that my family and I will never forget. This company answered and honored my fathers request to get back home. I am forever grateful.

All went very well. Crew catered to me and my wife in many requests. Jan, our on board nurse, amazing. Very attentive. Great drivers. Made a necessary need, excellent.

From the moment they arrived, to pick up our Mom to the final destination 15 hours later... your entire 3-person team was amazing. Eric our Nurse came in first to assess her vitals. He wore a mask and listened to all our concerns. From that moment on, he said he was here to help us make the 15-hour transport as smooth as possible. He kept reinforcing that he was there for us and to let him know if there was ANYTHING at all that we needed or was concerned about. This was very comforting as we were extremely nervous. The 2 drivers [Steve & Bruce] were just as supportive asking how Mom was doing and were so careful in how they handled the vehicle. Our trip included a snowstorm, ice storm and finally rain. All the time I felt they managed the road conditions with care and safety first. Thank you to all 3 for making a stressful situation so comfortable.

When my mother in law needed a cross-country medical transport from her skilled nursing facility in Florida to Mayo Clinic in Minnesota for a major surgery, ACC MedLink came to the rescue! The transport coordinators were efficient, professional and courteous and set up all of the logistics for the trip with less than 1 week's notice. My mother in law had a comfortable and fun ride up North and had a successful surgery! Thank you ACC Medlink for a great experience all around!
