December 3, 2020I have already told several people that ACC Medlink is among the most professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented companies I have ever dealt with. Extremely professional, all services were delivered as promised, and great communication throughout. My dad was transported from a long term care provider in VA to one in NJ, and I told both homes that they should keep your contact info on file so they can recommend you to others who may be in need of this service. I cannot recommend ACC Medlink highly enough. Well done.

December 3, 2020My mother's husband passed away in October. She always said if he passed first she wanted to be back in Iowa. I don't know how else I would have gotten her back here. Being transported by MCC allowed me to just spend the time with my mom and not worry about details. The crew were all so kind and courteous. We couldn't have had a better trip. THANK YOU ALL!

October 29, 2020Your Med Van crew # 4 (Almeta Bradley, SteveFelty, Joel Nelson) this week brought our 100 year old father, Fred Pinciaro, from hospice in FL to NC. We cannot say enough about the first rate caring he (and we) received. The communication on both ends was flawless and the extraordinary Almeta texted my husband through the night, providing him so much reassurance.The end result is that we and his 97 year old wife (who we drove up) are able to be with him at the end.Your service is about so much more than transportation. Starting with the caring and wonderful Helen on the phone. It's really about love and for that we cannot thank you and the crew of Med4 enough. Special thanks to Almeta.
