January 13, 2021I am extremely satisfied with the service we received. The transport coordinators were very friendly, efficient and courteous. We were kept informed and provided with updates. All of our instructions were followed to the letter. The nurse, Jan, who accompanied my Aunt called the day before to introduce herself. She also called when they were an hour away as we requested. The care she provided was excellent!

They are the most caring, compassionate, helpful, friendly courteous & professional guys. They are best crew anyone can have. We are so glad we had them. The office staff went above and beyond for us also they are so helpful and friendly & caring they took care of everything for us. There is not enough stars to give to the staff & words cannot describe how wonderful they are. Thank you ACC for taking care us like we were your own family.

She assisted me with moving the transportation forward and getting it scheduled...fabulous work! Very professional. Danny, the Med Tech was outstanding as well, ensuring I received updates at the appropriate duration throughout the ride. The other crew members were professional and courteous going the extra mile to ensure family members had adequate time with my aunt prior to be quarantined. Great teamwork!
