The crew was amazing. Loic the nurse, Jamie and Erik the drivers were amazing.

We had a long transport across the country and the team did a great job with loading my mother into the vehicle, keeping her comfortable, and keeping us on schedule. Sandra was excellent at understanding and anticipating my mother’s needs and provided great care and med management through the trip. Raul and Anthony worked great as team to keep us moving steadily and safely to our destination.

Everyone who I spoke to during the initial planning stages was helpful kind and courteous. I called for an update during the transport and was given information from dispatch and a call from the nurse. My aunt spoke highly of the crew. They were helpful kind and caring to my Aunt upon arrival at the new facility and you could see the care and professionalism of the crew. Will recommend to others if they need this type of service!

I am absolutely overjoyed and humbled by the way the MedLink team of Quintavius, Terrell and Amalex took care of my mother and me. All three of them were extremely polite, professional and empathetic to my mother’s required medical and emotional needs. They made us feel like family as they paid attention to our every need from the moment they arrived to pick us up, during the trip and to the drop off. They absolutely worked as a team with coordination and compassion. I sincerely hope that if all MedLink transport teams are as caring and efficient as ours was, they are recognized for their efforts. Please Do Accept my Sincere Appreciation for Quintavius, Terrell and Amalex. They are outstanding as a team and in my opinion the Best!!!

The patience, professionalism, and communication of this crew were absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to anyone needs transportation for a loved one.

I didn't think we would be able to get my father back to his home state. With ACC it was doable. I put all my trust into this crew and they took care of their precious cargo for almost 30 hours with such professionalism and tenderness they met his needs and we arrived safely! If it wasn't for them we wouldn't not have made it!! Thank you to the drivers, our lives were in their hands and Thank you to Susan our nurse, I was at ease knowing licensed medical nurse was on board.! Thank you Thank you .

The crew was awesome. They were flexible, communicated well, and genuinely did everything they could to assist as and make sure we reached our destination on schedule. They went above and beyond what we expected. We are very satisfied.
