They made my trip super enjoyable!!! They were super!

Everyone was just great. Suzan took great care of my dad. She exhibited love and care. I truly appreciate her efforts. The drivers Jose and Kelon were awesome as well. They were attentive to both of us. Gave breaks when necessary. We arrived at our destination in a timely manner and safe and that means the world to me.

My dad retired to South Texas 9 years ago and unfortunately suffered a serious heart attack followed by a stroke after his surgery in March 2026. He spent 32 days in ICU and was then transferred to a rehab hospital. I'm his daughter and live in Missouri along with all of his brothers and sisters. It was very important for myself and his siblings to have him back here for continued support and therapy. That's where ACC Medlink comes in . They were life savers in getting him back here to us. Jamaica was his care giver/ nurse on the road back and she gave me updates along the way. She was very pleasant and was good to my dad!! I wish I knew the names of the other crew members but I don't. But they got my dad back here safe and sound and in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend ACC Medlink!!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Customer service was exceptional any time we called with questions, and the crew that transported us made us feel very comfortable, and were very accommodating. We’re truly grateful for this service!

Professional, courteous and absolutely a dream in every step of the way. Price seemed high but worth every penny. My mom is 90 with 3 fractured vertebrae and she didn’t experience any pain for the 15 hour trip from NY to NC. I slept next to her in van and she was thrilled. I would highly recommend anyone in need of this service!!! Thank you so much for making this so seamless.

Maxwell went above and beyond to arrange transport on relatively short notice. He answered a lot of questions for me, looking into many aspects that were not "standard". I felt comfortable working with him, and felt he was doing everything possible to make the transport a smooth operation. The crew that moved my mom over 1,050 miles was exceptional. Medic: Dakwon De Polo ; Driver 1: Eckner Moreira ; Driver 2: Saeed Donis They arrived on time to pick up my mom (93 yrs old), answered many questions for me, and talked with the medical professionals at the original facility. All were professional and courteous, as well as very patient. They were gentle with my mom, keeping her warm, and comfortable. I did not ride along with my mom, but was able to keep in touch with the crew throughout the journey. They asked what my mom liked to eat, engaged her, and did their best to accommodate her needs. They arrived at the receiving facility a little ahead of schedule, making a point of letting the facility, my uncle and me know when they would be arriving. My mom even asked to go on another trip with them if she could! That means she enjoyed the ride. Thank you, Gentlemen, with all my heart for working so hard for us, and for taking such wonderful care of my mom.
