This ACC Medlink Transport Service Company is a true number One is this business. That was my second long trip with ACC. I first traveled with ACC in April from Mount Laurel New Jersey to MD Anderson Hospital in Houston Texas. I used them again to travel from Houston Texas to a Hospital in Pittsburgh PA. I wouldn't call any other company for medical transport. They are the Best in the Business. Chris, Anthony and Eric make the perfect Crew.

ACC Medlink was a life saver in a difficult season of my family's life. We needed to move my Mom from a post-acute care hospital in New Jersey to an assisted living in Maryland to be nearer to family as she starts hospice. She is on oxygen and is bedbound. We had started doing research online, and also got recommendations from the social worker at the post-acute care hospital. The name that emerged as #1 on both lists was ACC Medlink. We had many questions and everyone I spoke to on the phone was very patient and REASSURING. They assured me that ACC Medlink specializes in bedside to bedside service, so Mom being bedbound was not a problem. They assured me that her being on 3-4 liters oxygen was no problem, and that they could handle up to 10. They told me about all the things they do to create a comfortable environment for people being transported. I also really appreciated that they offer UPDATES on the road: texts, photos, and a phone call when they are an hour out. The trip went beautifully. Amber and Tawny absolutely set my mind at ease. They told me this was a "short" trip for them, as they do lots that are more like 15+ hours. They handled loading my Mom and her luggage in with great skill and care. ACC Medlink will stop to do a hot meal if the passenger wants it. Apparently Mom did want this and ate part of a Philly cheesesteak and had some Coca-Cola, which made us really happy as she is quite underweight and has had reduced appetite for weeks now. How great that she got to have something yummy on her trip. Mom arrived safe and sound, and now she, my Dad, and their puppy are safely in their new apartment in assisted living. I would absolutely recommend this organization to friends or colleagues needing to arrange medical transport for a loved one.

Melissa went out of her way to shuffle the schedule to accommodate our transport needs. The transport team also came to the hospital on time to pick up our brother for the trip. During this whole time, every one were courteous and professional. Thank you very much ACC MedLink for accommodating our needs during the difficult time. We really appreciate everything the company has done. And yes, we wholeheartedly recommend the service from the company.

The customer service was excellent from the initial call to arrival. We were in such a rush to move our family member. They did a great job and took great care of her. Thank you!

Some of your responses only allowed 4s or I would have given all fives!! Great experience, kind and professional. Great company too and I felt super secure with Khris' driving!!

I worked with the staff setting up the transport. They were easy to work with and quick to return calls. Time was on the essence, and they took that very seriously. We are a large institute with several layers of accountability. They were patient and willing to speak to the people on different levels in different states trying to coordinate the transport as quickly as possible.

On time and as promised. The ambulance crew from hospital to airport in Guadalajara was on time, professional and exceeded expections. The ambulance itself was adequate but not nearly as great as the one that transported him from the US airport to the hospital (might want to put replacement or refurbishment on your next capital budget request). The Lear jet was fast, reliable and the crew great. The bed was very hard (yes you need a hard surface if someone needs CPR) which was uncomfortable for my brother who just had back surgery. The crew was great about that with extra pillows, etc. They really woked hard to keep him as comfortable as possible and he was able to sleep a lot of the way. He was very appreciative of the chocolate chip cookies. Of all the entities involved in this international medical experience, MedLink was the best and easiest to deal with.. Yes, it is expensive to use air medical transport but we could not be happier with your service. God Bless all of you.
