Their communication leading up to the transport was outstanding, thorough, and reassuring without ever feeling overwhelming. They immediately put the family at ease during pickup and kept us consistently informed throughout the 20-hour drive with thoughtful phone calls and text updates. The updates went above and beyond, including details about her comfort, the snacks she enjoyed, and the hot meals they were able to provide. They also gave us ample notice of their ETA, which made coordination seamless. By the time we met at the destination, I couldn't help but give them all hugs for treating my mother-in-law not just as a patient, but like family.

Michael accidentally had my mother's cell phone in his pocket but has graciously said he would overnight it back to us. Very grateful for these two people and this service!

The crew transported my 90 year old Dad, afflicted with poor mobility, safely from Florida to California. My brother and I accompanied. Crew was professional and caring at all times. The vehicle felt a little cramped with an extra passenger, but other than that was a great experience. Thank you ACC Medlink.
