ACC Medlink from my initial phone call to the final transport and follow up call, was the most compassionate and qualified organization to transport my loved one safely. Maria went above and beyond to pull together a team for a last minute 4th of July transport. Ryan on the dispatch team did everything to implement a solution and the 'A-Team' - Kevin, Chris and Russ could not have been more ready and able to assist. We were blessed to have my mother in their very capable care.

Fabulous transport. Much better than I even hoped, they recommended overnight transport in patient with dementia and it worked out perfectly. She slept almost the entire way.

My mom was transported from Tennessee to Georgia via non-emergency medical transport in a Mercedes van, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The transport team, Andrew and Curtis, our two drivers, and Mike, the med tech, were all outstanding. Each of them was professional, kind, and incredibly supportive throughout the journey. Mike sat beside my mom for the entire 4.5-hour trip and patiently watched three Elvis movies with her. Talk about patience and kindness! This ACC Medlink Transport Service Company is a true number One is this business. That was my second long trip with ACC. I first traveled with ACC in April from Mount Laurel New Jersey to MD Anderson Hospital in Houston Texas. I used them again to travel from Houston Texas to a Hospital in Pittsburgh PA. I wouldn't call any other company for medical transport. They are the Best in the Business. Chris, Anthony and Eric make the perfect Crew.
