My mother in law was nervous about the move along with being emotional as she was leaving to go near family but also to the unknown with her newly compromised body due to a stroke. The crew took care of her physical needs as she was very comfortable during her 8 hour ride. Most importantly they were there for her emotionally. It was obvious they cared for their patient and for each other. These 3 are a great team.

Hilda, Rich, and Keith transported my father with care and professionalism that was impressive!

Medlink literally "saved the day" to get my mom transported cross-state for urgent care. The speed of turnaround, customer service (that actually answers the phone!), and excellent crew (Eric was fantastic with my mom) was a bright spot during a hard life stage. Professional organization. Scheduled and coordinated all of their activities around the patient and care facilities needs. It was a long 42 hour trip, but the patient arrived in remarkable good spirits and condition. The transport team was very protective and accommodating. Highly recommend.

They were so wonderful, arrived early, and helped us get to much needed care for my aunt in record time. The ride was comfortable and put my aunt at ease.
