This crew went above and beyond any expectations! They treated my Mom like one of their own family members. I was so impressed with the kindness, professionalism, and understanding that Jan showed in keeping me updated during the long journey. I needed ACC MEDLINK to transport my husband who had had a stroke while we were at our home in Punta Gorda, FL to our Ashland, KY home'. With the help of the Palliative Care case manager at Sarasota Memorial in Sarasota, finding and coordinating the travel plans was an extremely smooth and easy experience. I went to ACC MEDLINK office in Punta Gorda to pay them and was met with the kindest, sympathetic people. They showed me the transport van and explained how the entire process would work. The pick up time and date were set and communication during the trip was great. What had the potential to be an extremely challenging experience was made so easy.

This was a last minute ground to air transport. All staff we kind and helpful. Very understanding. So appreciated all that I and my clients wife spoke to. Thank you 100 times over!

Medlink transported my husband from Knoxville TN to Charleston SC with ease. He was comfortable, they provided beverages as needed and lunch. Thank you Medlink for bringing him to his destination safely!

My husband developed. UTI during our trip. I was so very grateful to our nurse Hilda who quickly assessed the situation and insisted on going to the Emergency room at a hospital along the way. My husband was diagnosed and treated while the crew waited. What a relief! We are so grateful to them!

The crew pickup was right on time. They did as promised as per agreement. We arrived safely to our destination right on schedule. The crew was very friendly, courteous and attentive. The two drivers were amazing. Taking drive shifts to assure our safe travel. However, I would like to see the vehicles be outfitted and better suited for single passenger comfort. Such as drink holders and device charging stations. Overall awesome experience.

Overall, this was so amazing until we found ACC we were not sure how to get my dad stepmom and their dog here from New York to Arkansas ACC was the answer it was a long trip, but it went very well from our perspective The crew was super competent and courteous, and the nurse gave us some input that we're going to bring to the next doctor here Hopefully we never need the service again but if we do, we will call you!
