Cat the traveling nurse was fantastic! From her phone call check in a night before transport - checking on logistics but also ensuring a customized experience complete with providing movies that my mom would enjoy watching en route thru to the transport itself. Cat was expert, kind and a fantastic communicator thru out the trip. She cares about her client and it really showed. We appreciate Cat and the whole team for making a very stressful situation not only successful but less stressful because of their professionalism and care.

ACC MedLink provided non-emergent medical transportation from Pennsylvania to North Carolina for our family member. They picked up our dad from the facility on time and sent us a picture. The team provides updates along the way. We also received a map tracker when they were one hour away. We appreciated the meals and snacks picked up during the trip! A job well done! ACC recently transported my frail and medically fragile father from Tampa to Pittsburgh. He tolerated the trip very well. These are true professionals at what they do. From my initial conversation to inquire about their services through his arrival in Pittsburgh, the experience was in a word, outstanding. If you are in need of medical transportation your loved one, you can be confident that these people are the best.

Very happy overall with the entire experience. Communications with Truman at the beginning and communication with Catherine before and during the transportation was excellent.
