Kyle, Kelon & Tyrone, have been so much more than just average employees. The wonderful team of Transporters were absolutely amazing! I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I was to get updates during the trip from Atlanta, Georgia to Spring Hill, Florida for my loved one. I have never had a Medical Transport company do such a wonderful job for our loved one. All of my loved ones needs work met completely. She was treated very respectfully and empathetically. Our family appreciates the above and beyond experience for her that were given to her by Kyle Tyrone and Kellen. Your company got our loved one to her new location very safely and happily as we were thankfully awaiting her arrival. I would also like to go an extra step further to let you know that I had wonderful communication with Kyle. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with knowing my loved one was in great spirits and in great care with your Transport members.

The crew was just great. Arrived on time, the drivers drove very cautiously during our 30 hour trip and adjusted the route based on snowstorm activity in the area. I am the patients' son and followed the van on the route and could see first hand what was going on. Our family is very thankful for the service that was provided. Thanks Again, Brad

Davina and the crew that transported my dad from Georgia to Illinois were great! My dad had to ride on his on and he really enjoyed the company of the crew. The crew coordinated with me effectively. My dad became confused and the crew called me to help talk to him. I am very appreciative of the crew and this company. They were so easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Imagine needing to safely transport your loved one directly from a hospital in Ocoee, FL all the way to Saint Peters, MO. Your loved one can't sit up in a car for 17 hours... They need medical care, medicines, even food and water via a G-Tube. Enter in ACC Medlink. They can safely and securely provide transport AND care in route. The level of care and careful detail to medical needs simply was amazing. My wife arrived in good spirits and was in good condition considering the circumstances. All dismissal details from the hospital were closely followed and clearly communicated by the medical professional that accompanied my wife. Two drivers were necessary to make sure that the trip was a safe one. If I could give six stars, I would.

I would highly recommend this company for transport. They went above and beyond in providing services. They were professional, polite and kind. The entire crew were outstanding. My advocate would like to thank Joelle for all her help in arranging this transport.
