June 4, 2025We had to find a way to safely transport my husband, who had a broken hip, from Maine to Mississippi. ACCMedLink came to our rescue with a safe, professional medical transport option. The onboard nurse, Roberta, was very professional and efficient. Heath and Joe drove the Sprinter van, and we safely arrived at our destination with no issues. Thank you, ACC MedLink.

June 2, 2025These three guys were awesome. From the minute they walked into my Dad's room and introduced themselves to us and my dad we knew we were in good hands. They were not only very caring and professional they were fun and made the entire trip easy. They took my mother in the transport also and made her very comfortable and they were very kind to her also. We had a situation at the hospital we came to, trying getting my dad into a room and they were so nice and patient waiting two hours until he got into his room with no complaints. We were complaining, but they weren't. We would definitely use your service again (hopefully we won't need). Thank you very much. These guys are the best!

May 28, 2025ACC moved my brother from Glendora, CA to Clearwater FL in just about 40 hours. From the initial quote to the pick-up and drive, everyone at ACC was courteous, professional, and kind. My brother has dementia and is often noncommunicative, but the crew, Susan, Alex and Tyrone, were kind and went out of their way to draw him out and made sure he was comfortable and at ease throughout the trip. My niece was able to ride along and had nothing but praise for the whole crew. Highly recommend them!
