ACC Medlink Reviews

ACC is an amazing company! Every person, from the very first telephone contact to the last person when they dropped my aunt off, were the kindest and most professional. I made a dozen calls to ACC with questions, and they answered every one with courtesy and thoroughness. I have to mention how thorough they were, they took care of everything! And Their price was much better than another place I called before I called them. I highly recommend them, you wont regret it!

The communication was fantastic from beginning to end. As the companion riding along with my client, I felt involved in her care and comfort from the team throughout the process. The van was clean and comfortable for my client as well as myself which was so important on a 22hour drive. I will definitely recommend ACC to future clients needing ground transportation out of state.

The trip was excellent from the first contact to all of the special care right up to the end. My Sister and I traveled with my mom and were by her side the whole way. It's important to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. The entire transport was a blessing of the best we could have hoped for. Thank you so much for your kind care and attention to detail.

ACC Medlink was top notch from Britini with Booking, to the travel planners to the crew. They delivered exactly as promised, took beautiful care of our Papa and kept in contact with me and sent pictures during the trip. They are so appreciated and would highly recommend

ACC Medlink showed absolute professionalism throughout the entire process. My father was transferred from TN to WA. Since my father has Parkinson's, we were concerned about his trip. From the moment we talked to ACC Medlink, we knew we had the right company. Everything unfolded like clockwork. Erik, who flew with my father, kept me in touch every step of the way. He did a stellar job, from pick to drop off. Truly well done.

Such a great company! The prep was amazing. Great communication each day leading up to transport. Loved the form they asks for special needs, favorite foods etc. Erik communicated amazingly and sent pictures and frequent updates on our Papa. They took amazing care of him and found his favorite shows for him on the roku. Highly recommend. This service was priceless!!
