Excellent service. Excellent care for my mom. Traffic on I-95 was unbelievably horrific, but the crew was exceptionally calm, patient, and caring for my mom and her needs (mine too). Our ride was from South FL (Boynton Beach Rehabilitation) to New Haven, CT.

Dawn Berger (the patient) could not stop praising the comfort of the vehicle as well as the care given to her by all 3 crew members attending to her the entire trip. Her mother and I worked through Truman, who made the whole process work EXACTLY as promised. AMAZING. Thanks to the number one company all expectations were kept. The three gentlemen ACC Medlink gentlemen were absolutely wonderful. Michael, our EMT, we incredibly kind and caring when it came to my mom. Michael and my mom spent quite a bit of time talking which made the trip less stressful for her. The two men who took turns driving (at the moment, I don't remember their names) were incredibly caring and made sure to communicate everything they were doing when getting my mom on the van. That helped my reduce the stress of this move for my mom. I am extremely grateful to the team that moved my mom.

Medlink was fast and responsive to our family's needs. Thier staff did everything they could to make my Mom comfortable during transport.

Medlink did an outstanding job transporting 2 seniors from Maryland to Florida. The drivers were courteous and took safety seriously. The Medic on board had to deal with a couple of unexpected issues with the seniors and handled them professionally and safely. I cannot thank the team enough. Highly recommend Medlink.

The support I received from the office staff was amazing. This was a long stressful situation for my husband and for me. He was hospitalized for 4 months in another state. and ACC brought him back home where he can get much better care. Thanks to the whole staff and the transport team - especially to the nurse on board who took care of my husband and kept me updated on the 18 hour trip progress .
