This was my only experience with this type of service and I will say that I was thoroughly impressed with how this works. The medical nurse on board was very experienced, a true "seasoned professional". She kept in contact with me during departure and arrival. I would highly recommend this firm if anyone is need of such a service. Thank you Acc Medlink!

All went very well. Nicely organized. The vehicle was rather bounce. Did not seem like there was air shocks in the rear where we were. Not enough blankets going from Phoenix Az to Wisconsin in the winter. No reflection on crew. They all were wonderful. Very polite and respectful. Thank you to the company for providing such a necessary service.

Hilda RN, Rich G, and Manuel traveled across county transport my mom from NYC to LA. They did the best job ever! If I had to do it over again, that crew would be my first choice.

The transport coordinator Tyler was extremely helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. He understood our problem and reassured me everything would work out and be on time. The transport crew were also very friendly, courteous and professional. DeAngelo was so thoughtful and amazing how he comforted our uncle and took care of him during the whole 8 hour trip. The only complaint from the nieces who rode with our Uncle Duane on the trip was how rough the ride in the transport was. But it was an 8 hour trip after all. Well done ACC MedLink! /

Regina, Jeff and Joe took wonderful care of my mom from Florida to Maryland. Sent message and photo of my mom when they began the trip and sent updates on their expected ETA. Curtis arranged the transportation schedule to meet the Maryland's facility admissions requirement times, which required the crew to drive through the night.

Great experience overall. Didn't have any worries about the transport for our Mom from Florida to Illinois. Everything went smoothly.

My brother accompanied our father to a new nursing home and it went incredibly smooth with the crew on time and ready to transfer my father. We were impressed with the van layout and my dad was made comfortable during the 6 hour trip. We really appreciated the courtesy and professionalism from beginning to end.
