Kat and the two drivers who helped our aunt were patient, caring, and understanding of the situation we were in. They had a great sense of humor, worked with our aunt's discouragement and fear. I have never been so relieved to see a group of people to help me! I am so appreciative of them.

My mother-in-law and I were impressed and very pleased with ACC Medlink on her recent transport from Maryland to Colorado. The staff was excellent! They were very responsive to our needs and requests both in advance of the trip and while we were under way. My mother-in-law was particularly impressed with our nurse, Kat, who provided comfort and personal care for her along the 30-hour drive. I highly recommend ACC Medlink. It's expensive to do long distance transport for your loved one and you want to be in compassionate, capable hands for the journey. ACC Medlink was a great choice and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very professional service - they sent continuous updates about their progress, and they safely moved my father across the country. The crew was friendly and courteous, and they made sure my father was comfortable for the entire trip. Sandra was extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs to go through this very stressful event.

I was very happy that my mom had Kat as her nurse/assistant on the ride. My mom was over the moon with how well her ride was and couldn't say enough nice things about Kat and Vincent. She said she never had to ask for anything more than once and Kat made her feel very comfortable and made sure she had everything that she needed for the ride. I would highly recommend ACCmedlink. I was a bit worried transporting my mom on her own. but she seemed very content and was pleased with her care. Thank you, Kat and Vincent, for taking such good care of my mom.

Jan was so kind. She messaged me the day before to introduce herself. And she kept me updated periodically throughout the 9 hour drive. My brother said she was 'very cool and we chatted a lot during the trip.' It was comforting to know he was in such good hands when family couldn't be there!

The medical van was the way to go when you are dealing with Parkinson's disease. Thank you & I would highly recommend
