I had a great experience being transported by ACC Medlink and the crew that drove my mom and I back to Florida. As a woman I was a bit nervous to be traveling with strangers but they made me feel safe throughout the trip. Helped me step in and out of the van, very courteous. Mr Banks the medic was great with my mother. I could tell he has had experience caring for his patients during long distance travel. I hope to get the same crew next year. Thank you!!

I had an amazing experience working with ACC Medlink. From my initial email to my final goodbye when we dropped my father-in-law off. I was very skeptical about this type of service and I never heard of ACC. I read a couple of reviews and they seem to be good. Well they surpassed my expectations by a long shot and I can be a tough critic. It was comforting to see a company that not only does what they say they will do, but goes above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone. Wonderful Service!!!!

The entire experience was exceptional, from the first telephone contact until final destination. Nurse Julie keep me informed from departure to arrival. The ETA was on point almost to the minute. My brother arrived in good spirits and appeared to be totally comfortable with the transport. The crew was courteous and professional. Julie is, indeed, an asset to ACC.

The service ACC Medlink provided was fantastic. My spouse had a back injury while visiting in New Jersey and was unable to sit up to fly back home. We chose the ground transport service to move her from the hospital in New Jersey to home in Louisiana. Pre trip arrangements and communication with the transport coordinators was great! The transport team of Kyle, Keith and Rebecca arrived right on schedule. Upon meeting them and seeing the care they took moving her to the transport van, I knew we were in good hands. We felt safe and cared for the entire trip due to the skill, professionalism and great attitude of the entire team. Medical attention and assistance provided by Kyle was outstanding. It's a service I hope we won't need again, but if we do it will ACC Medlink. I am very grateful we found them!

I was anxious about moving my dad from Albuquerque to the San Francisco Bay Area, but had hope that the team at ACC would make it doable (my dad's a bedridden, nonverbal, stroke patient). From my first contact, ACC exceeded what I was experiencing with some other carriers. Ryan at the booking center was awesome: I called several times prior to the move, spoke with him repeatedly (yes, the same person!) and he walked me through the process, making sure I was good to go several days in advance (he was very reassuring and explained how it would work). When the transport arrived (1 minute early as they backed the van in) and the doors flew open, I was greeted by, Julie, our Transport Nurse who had already touched base with me earlier. Julie is more than a Rock Star or Astronaut: she's an absolute Force of Nature! She radiated positivity and, when my dad saw her, I knew the trip was in the bag! I stayed out of her way and just marveled at how she coordinated EVERYTHING (I mean, she swooped in and made sure all boxes were checked). The drivers were courteous, made sure I did basically nothing and got us to our destination safely and early. My dad was very comfortable in their hands as they moved him (and I would know if he wasn't!). The vehicle was clean and comfortable and my anxiety was washed away as we had one last look at the Sandia mountains as our epic Road Trip began! If I had to sum it up, I would say that ACC Medlink didn't just make the move of my dad possible, you exceeded my highest expectations and the team changed a trip I dreaded into yet another great memory with my dad that ended him surrounded by his adoring family. Thank You All!!

Smooth process from start to finish

Michael and crew were absolute rock stars transferring my aunt from Florida to Maryland. They timed the trip so she would sleep most of it and be the most at ease. She was rested and happy upon arrival. Glad to have her close to me now. Thank you for all you did.

I only wish I would have made the decision to transport Bill earlier as expensive as travel is I would tell anyone if you can afford it use your service you were truly a gift from heaven.
