We did not know what to expect when embarking on the journey from CA to our new home in Ohio. We have gone thru a very stressful time with my husband's illness, & now the big move to another state was happening. The trip from start to finish was wonderful. The professionalism of the crew was outstanding. We were made comfortable from the start by all 3 of them, & throughout the many hours of the long drive. Hilda as the RN in charge did not miss a beat as far as monitoring and administering all the medications that my husband needed. And both drivers drove safely and made us comfortable...stopping when needed. All in all what made this long trip great for us was because of the 3 crew members on board. They were amazing. Professional, courteous and great personalities. Had great conversations which made it even more fun. We highly recommend this crew! We will not forget them and appreciate their kindness. God bless and my is Brenda, and I would highly recommend the Medlink Long Distance transport service. They were all very professional, pleasant and helpful. I'm thankful to God for their assistance with transportation for my brother from New London CT. to Yeadon, PA. The office staff were very professional and patient with my many phone calls, they were able to bear with me when the bank delayed payment. The drivers Surmorgan and Wilton were very helpful in storing my luggage, assisting me on and off the vehicle. My brother, who is physically handicapped was very comfortable with the ride. Our Nurse, Tabitha took excellent care of him. We had a very pleasant ride in the nice, luxurious Mercedes vehicle..The price was almost half of what was quoted from a couple of other services. We arrived safely to our destination with traveling mercies from God in the name of Jesus. They are the best. Everyone deserves to get a raise!

We highly recommend ACC Medlink for the transport of a loved one. All members are very professional and caring. They made the process so easy from the initial phone call to the arrival of our mom from Boca Raton,Fla to Long Island, NY.

DeAngelo kept me updated every step of the way. They were polite and kind and very professional. I was impressed with the quality of care my aunt received.

Nurse Hilda was amazing. She was very courteous and kind. She made sure my cousin had everything she needed to be comfortable and happy. She continuously checked and changed my cousin's briefs whenever we made a stop. She kept my cousin entertained by playing movies during our transportation. Our drivers Rich G and James were also amazing. They were both friendly and courteous. Both are great and safe drivers. I was very pleased with our transportation crew. The only thing that I was disappointed about was there was a leak from the roof inside the van. The owners should definitely make that a priority in having it repaired. Overall I was pleased with ACC Medlink.

The team was communicative and friendly. They treated my uncle with dignity and were prompt to respond along the way to any questions or concerns.

The transport coordinators were excellent, Evelyn, and another man. They handled our request with utmost efficiency. I met Alex and Mike briefly and they were courteous and personable. I had more interaction with Linda, Lois' nurse and she was very caring and helpful. It was especially helpful to know that she would be devoting herself to Lois' care and comfort for the long transport from South Carolina to Pennsylvania!! I can't say enough good things about our experience!

The ACC Medlink did a great job in helping us coordinate overnight medical transport across several states for my mother. From the quotation through trip scheduling to pick-up and final drop-off, the entire team was great to work with and displayed high professionalism and care. DeAngelo did a great job of keeping us informed during the trip of status and medical condition, while Damon and David did a great job driving through the night. I highly recommend them as a service provider of choice for medical transport.

Everyone was extremely courteous, helpful and kind while taking my mom from Florida to NJ on such short notice. Tyler in the call center from NJ was reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for safely transporting my mom and aunt .
